This phase of the diet is designed to keep you in that near perfect fat burning state. When used with the NutriMost scans and formulations, the Reduce Phase of the NutriMost Ultimate Fat Loss System has been shown to be highly effective and CANNOT be altered. 


Day 2-40: Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) Days

  • Weight yourself the same time everyday and record (and text to doctor)
  • Take .5 mL Weight Loss Formula 3x/day
  • Drink alkaline, oxygenated, energized, anti-oxidant water daily
  • No breakfast (coffee or tea with Stevia is allowed - liquid is best)
  • Each meal must have one portion of meat, veggies, and fruit
  • Do not mix items from any food type in any meal
  • Take any of the supplements recommended for your program through the NutriMost Ultimate Fat Loss Resonant Frequency Scan

Allowable Foods - you eat 6 food items per day

  • Meat - Portion: before cooking 3.5 oz, after cooking 3.0 oz. Do NOT eat the same meat 2x/day and do NOT eat the same meat 2 days in a row!
    • Chicken breast,
    • Lean beef
    • Elk
    • Buffalo
    • Veal
    • Shrimp
    • Lobster
    • Crab
    • Whitefish (cod, tilapia, etc)
    • Scallops
    • Albacore tuna
  • Vegetables - Portion: 8 oz (weighed on scale) **I modified this because weight vs volume REALLY confuses me
    • Radishes
    • Cucumbers
    • Celery
    • Fennel
    • Cabbage
    • Tomatoes* (*The tomato is a floater and can be considered either a fruit or a veggie)
    • Onions
    • Spinach
    • Lettuce
    • Chard
    • Asparagus
    • Beet Greens
  • Fruits - May be eaten separate from meals, choose 2 different fruits per day
    • 1 small/medium apple
    • 1 orange
    • 1/2 grapefruit
    • Handful of strawberries

Food Prep:

  • Cooking - DO NOT USE FATS OR OILS! This includes non-stick sprays, like Pam, or dressings.
  • Seasonings - Read labels and make sure there's no sugar/sugar substitute. If seasoning doesn't dissolve in liquid, consider it a vegetable and don't use it. With each meal, you are permitted to use the juice of a lemon or a lime.
