Wow the VLCD is over... and I am moving into PHASE 4. I can now eat from a larger variety of foods. I can also add in fats again. I can't, however, go over or under my weight set point by 2 pounds or I am eating something I shouldn't be.
For the next 3 weeks I will be tracking my meals using MyFitnessPal. It's a great little app that allows you to track exercise food and water. I haven't yet eaten something that doesn't exist in myfitnesspal. Anyway, I will be able to go back a day and see what I have eaten if I have any problems going over or under my set point.
I am over my set point I will ...
- do a steak day
- look to see what I could have eaten that is new and remove it duing the reset phase.
If I go under I will simply add more calories to my next day.
From here on out I will be logging in at night before bed to post my days eatings. I think it will help since it won't want to eat anymore after I punch in my stats.
