My NutriMost Experience
It's Monday, I'm back at work for a week then I go on vacation. YAY! We are going to Buffalo NY for a safari and aquarium trip with my son. I think there are also some wineries up there, but I doubt we will get to them with the little one in tote.
The steak day seemed to help and the ibuprofen didn't seem to hurt. I woke up this morning and felt like a new person and was down a pound from yesterday.
The thing I think I have learned about this program is that, my natural weight set point must be around 180 or so. I am thinking this because even at this VLCD, I can't seem to get under that weight. Maybe my body is telling me something. I am happy with that if it is the case. All I really ever wanted from this was to be fit and healthy. I don't need to be so skinny that I look sick.
My plan really is to start working out now doing the NET-4 exercises until I am done with PHASE 4.

I read my affirmations in the mirror and upped my water to drink 72 oz. of water.
