Nutrimost - Day 28 - Reached My Short Term Goal

My NutriMost Experience

Today I accomplished something that I had set out to do  along time ago. I used to box. I used to box in the light heavyweight division at 185. I made it to that weight again today. So technically I am my high school weight right now.

The NutriMost program has helped achieve a short term goal of getting back to my "fighting weight." One of the main differences in my appearance however is that I am not as ripped as I was back then. I technically had more muscle mass. If I get down to about 175 and set my weight there, my goal will be to put another 10 pounds of muscle back on the shell. I stopped questioning the process at this point. I am going strong in Phase 2, and I feel like I will almost definitely reach my long term goal of 175. 

I feel completely different about myself as well. I want to be well. I want to be healthy. Not that I ever directly didn't want to be, but it is more clear as to how to get there now. Clean living seems so obvious when you are thinking about it and wishing you were in better shape. Actually doing the steps is what actualizes your body into a healthiness. You can't just imagine that one day you will be fit and look good. You have grab control of the system, and make it work for you. I think that the NutriMost system is what helped me understand that.
