My NutriMost Experience

Today lets talk about NRF (nutrimost resonant frequency) Technology. NutriMost Resonant Frequency Technology is this awesome scientific discovery that allows doctors to directly ask the body to communicate what it needs back to them. Essentially, it eliminates the guess work when determining what causes you to gain weight. Since no two bodies are the same, the system uses galvanic skin response, to determine the unique needs of the person being tested. The technology sends specific messages to the body and monitors the physiochemical response. Comparisons to the baseline allow for analysis to determine biological preferences, biomarkers out of range, and areas in which the body may be weak or unbalanced.

The reason I wanted to bring this information to light is that it is the reason why you will "not gain the weight back" when you start adding calories back into your diet. You see calories are only a small part of weight loss. Since we are restricting calories now, we are losing a ton of weight. But what happens when we start to add in our normal (suggested) amount of calories for the day? The magic of this system is that during the first 40 days or so, we are using NutriMost Resonant Frequency Technology to balance our hormones and neurotransmitters, as well as detoxifying the body and balancing minerals and vitamins. What also happens is that you can determine every cause of weight gain and correct it. This includes resetting your metabolism, fat storage, appetite, and hormone regulation. Okay, so cool, so now I can go out and eat grease and junk and drink soda etc... well not really. However, that isn't a bad thing. What I have realized from doing this program is that I never really felt all that good anyway, I just didn't know it until I did feel good. The stuff that I was putting into my body was, in some forms, poison to my system. The way that I am going to keep the weight off is to determine what foods cause my body turmoil, and then limit them. If I feel like crap after eating or drinking something, I will weigh out the consequences of the short term gratification vs. the long term health benefits my new body has. 

I am not saying that I will never eat a slice of pizza again. I will just be more aware of the fact that if I eat a whole pizza, it will take more effort for my body to recover from the massively hard to process refined flour and carbs.  I am also not saying that I will never have another beer again either. I love beer. In fact I will most likely get a six pack the day this is over and have 1 or 2.

The important takeaway is that I will need to constantly remember that if left unmanaged, any consumable that I put into my body may very well lead me back to the state I was in when I started this program. FAT!

I don't really ever want to be fat again... so as someone who used to have low self control, I will need to manage my intake for the rest of my life. I think that if you can embrace that idea, you can remove the enemy. The fact is, you and only you are in control of your body. For most people, whether they know it or not, being fat is a choice.
