Nutrimost - Day 25 - I Forgot About Venison

Since it isn't one of the foods listed in the Journal, I have been overlooking venison. I made a tomato puree with venison, garlic, spices, and hot sauce. It came out tasting similar to chili. The main difference was that it was lacking the beans. 

I started portioning out and labeling my meats better. I have found that the real key to this diet is preparation. Half the time I am rushing back and forth from work, and I just don't have time to prep everything needed for a meal. But if I already have 3.5 oz of cooked meat, I can just heat up veggies, or cut up some raw ones, and my meal takes about 5 minutes instead of 25. 

I also lost almost 2 pounds from yesterday to today. That is crazy. I have the day off today so I am going in to the doctor's office for a BCA. I hope my water is up and my fat is down...

EDIT* I just got back from my BCA appointment. My numbers are awesome. I started this with a visceral fat rating of 9. Today my rating is down to a 7. My body fat % was also down a little. I am hoping to get it down to around 15%. My metabolic age has also gone down by about 5 years.
