My NutriMost Experience
So I wish I had known that I could take B Vitamins earlier. I took a B-50 complex mega multiple and I had a lot more energy all day. I also noticed that I wasn't really even hungry today. Not that I am starving or anything on a regular basis, but I wasn't really even hungry at lunch time. At dinner time I was ready to eat, but I wasn't like famished.
I had a couple of Zevia sodas today. We had some left over, from the Fourth of July, and I was craving a bubbly drink. Technically, I was craving a beer, and the Zevia was a relatively good substitute sans the alcohol. I think the first thing I am going to do after this diet is get a Long Bow from Home Delivery Pizza.
