Nutrimost - Day 21 - Almost to the 180's

My NutriMost Experience

Got another gig tonight so I am taking it easy today. Also I just found that I could have kale so I made a huge thing of kale chips with lemon juice, salt and Montreal Steak Seasoning. Tastes amazing.

You just put the kale on a baking sheet, heat the oven to about 300, spritz lemon juice all over, dowse with salt and preferred seasoning. I like the Montreal Steak, but I think I will try something else next time for variety.

We dropped off our son at his grandma's house and my wife is going to come out tonight with some freinds. It is going to be hard to watch everyone drinking while I can't but, I will be fine. I have gotten through worse events to date, and I keep reminding myself that it will be over soon. In fact, on Monday, my wife (who doesn't really have a lot of weight to lose) is starting the program with me.  She is going to do it for the last 15-20 days of my programs. You don't have to do the "whole" NutriMost program if you don't have 20-40 pounds to lose. You can do an abridged version if you only want to lose 10 pounds or so, and detoxify, and hydrate. 

I am excited to see how she does. I think she will do really well. She normally eats pretty clean, and is pretty good with low calorie nutrition already.
