Nutrimost - Day 19 - My Favorite Pants Don't Fit Anymore

I think I am going to have to go shopping at the end of this. I didn't think about that at first, but I put on a pair of pants today when I was getting ready for work and they are way too big. The funny thing is that when I bought them they were tight, and I remember thinking, I will just have to lose a little weight to wear them. Sometimes, when I go clothes shopping (which is rare and normally out of necessity) I buy things that are too small thinking that it will spur me into some magical weight loss ideology in which beer and wings and pizza will have no effect on me. 

I would say that for most people this is not a bad problem to have. For me though, I hate shopping. I don't know whether it is the fact that I have to try everything on in a tiny little room, or that when I come out to look at myself in the mirror I feel people staring. Either way it is not a fun process. There should be a service where people bring a bunch of clothes to your house and you just buy what fits. There probably is a service like that but it's for rich people. Moving on...

I feel awesome today. However, in the middle of the night I got this crazy, wake me up out of a dead sleep, leg cramp. I have asked my doctor about it and she is going to get back to me. She asked if I could bring my formulas in for a tune up. She said something about embedding a new frequency that will make my body retain my water and minerals better. I will report more about that in a couple of days to see if they helped.
