My NutriMost Experience
It's morning now and I figured I would chime in. I am super happy right now because I have definitely broken the stall. I am down 1.4 pounds from last night and I am ready to go.
There IS an exact science to getting your body into optimal fat burning mode. The hard part is being able to keep yourself there. For instance, I started adding stevia to my coffee and tea, however, I noticed a weight gain during that period. I assumed that was the cause of it. The problem with that assumption is that there were probably other factors involved. For instance, I was also drinking too much water, and expending too much energy for the amount of calories I was taking in. I also didn't get enough sleep one night prior to the stall.
Common troubleshooting tells me that I could probably add stevia back in to my diet and monitor the change. I am now down to about 64 oz. of water/day. So i think that even if that is too much water for this diet, I am still going to drink that much. I need my water. I will just increase my salt and try to relax and let the formulas do their job.
My outlook is better now that I am back on track. I was feeling a little frustrated the past couple of days because when you are eating so little you expect to lose a lot of weight. What it really comes down to is figuring out what works for your system while doing this program. There is no magic bullet for everybody only a solid baseline from which you need to adjust.
If I have anything later today I will jump back in. Stay strong if you have made it this far. It is getting easier, and I have lost over 15 pounds!
So I had a headache today... and like a really bad one. I stopped in to Simpson Chiropractic and they adjusted me. Within minutes my headache was practically gone. The doctor said it was my jaw bone that was out, as well as some of my discs. She wasn't suprised that I had a headache actually. Chiropractic Works!
